I'm pretty sure that's incorrect. Pin does have that guarantee if you know for certain the pointee is `!Unpin`. Types which contain a self-reference directly get this because they include a `PhantomPinned`. But I also know this to be true because I wrap all types in `MustPin`.

Originally wrote things to work with any pointer, not just Arc, for which something like StableDeref (third-party created before Pin) or Pin is required. then i gave up because it was too complex lol Anyways Pin debauchery isn't needed because Arc::into_ptr is documented to give a stable pointer :P
