This time last year I was in Mallorca talking to Chris about our hopes for 2024. I still believed I couldn't get pregnant, wasn't sure I'd ever trust a man enough to live with one again. Wrong on both counts. I wish you all a 2025 full of happiness, however it manifests itself. Happy new year 💜🤗

Reform supporters are thick, lets be honest. Women didn't fight on the frontline in the Somme because men made it illegal. Nurses weren't even paid, they were volunteers. After WW2 more men bribed immigrants to help rebuild the country, now we have diversity, they complain about that too🤦‍♀️

Please never tell someone with mental health problems to increase or decrease their medication. It is dangerous and potentially fatal. Talk about your experience with specific medications, but understand you're unique. Everybody is different because every body is different.

My pup was 12 weeks in the photo in my profile picture - she's one on Nov 4th. She's the white dog in the header. I loved her tobacco coloured ears - the groomer shaved them, saying they were matted (weren't) despite being told not to touch them. I still get sad/angry about it sometimes 😬🤬

Going into my last night. I've managed 2 of 12 scheduled sleeps. You basically lie down and try to sleep for 20 minutes but don't move for an hour even if you can't sleep. Last night was bad, 93 mins of sleep. Meeting with the doctors in the morning, can't wait to hear what they have to say 💜

I want to share this but just here - there's something intimate about this site that feels safer. So, night one in the sleep service, they gave me a strong sedative & I had a full blown, horror & psycho & tears night terror event. I'm relieved. Them seeing it, and having it on film, can only help.

I'm really impressed with the Sleep Service at MFT. I have to admit, I was a bit unsure what to expect but it's like a Premier Inn with machines and phones aren't contraband just need to be switched off at certain times. I'm going for a brain scan shortly....wish them luck finding one 🤩

Over the next few days we can expect every single ounce of goodwill GMP have built up to evaporate. Trams cancelled at Deansgate-Castlefield until 7pm daily to keep 'Tories' safe. Due to new laws some of the policing is going to outrage the public. Glad I won't be part of it.
