Whenever a dev claims AI was only used for prototyping or as a placeholder what they mean is we thought you were dumb enough we could slip it by you. Their 'sorry' means sorry you caught that one instance, hopefully you don't catch the rest.

So there are vids out of Nintendo showing off the Switch 2 to press outlets and whenever they show off the mouse feature they're at a regular desk with a mousepad. Guess my skepticism was well founded. Feels like it would be more comfortable to just let the user bluetooth connect their own mouse.
