My body be weird sometimes ngl x) In a good way every monday is weighting day when we wake up, I showed up at 157.2kg ... had a fairly normal day without much more food than a normal day, when number 2 twice and this morning I'm at 159kg ??? What ?

Having a gainer board really put things in perspective for me I stopped worrying about the weightloss ever since. It really shows true and steady progress instead of letting our brain focus on the gaining bursts that happens in our body sometines. We been doing this with my hubby for a while now.

Little update hehe Reached over 156kg/346lbs, i'm nearing 157 ! Hoping to get to 160kg before the end of summer :3 Also tried european boost this week end, and while it taste bad, digestion goes easy !
