And it's possible voters are just selfish enough to finally vote for something better FOR EVERYONE. But SCOTUS just allowed the GOP (Abbott) to disenfranchised millions. So, I'm not hopeful.

Given that Texans had no qualms about voting for Paxton in the middle of fraud investigation, I'm not holding out a lot of hope. I think there are too many people in Texas that care more about a candidate having an R next to their name, then they care about any kind of integrity.

I read the document. It's just a lot of requirements for the DEP to review applications & permits, which I would have thought are needed anyway. Also there are a few conditions for being removed from the Fast Track program. But if they're DEP is anything like the AZCC, they just rubber stamp stuff.

I bought an LG refrigerator in 2021. It died 3 times before I just gave up & got rid of it in 2024. I paid $1600 for that piece of garbage. It had a 2 year warranty and barely survived that long.
