I really hate that using references does actually make your art better and more consistent and easier to do. Wow I hate it here.

Vent art

I might as well have tried to stop the rain

I've been continuing to refine my understanding of my fursona's facial anatomy

3/4 bust of horned anthro rat man. Messy sketch with construction lines clearly present

New profile pic. Honestly, I feel like I learned a lot of small things while I was working on this, and I am fairly proud with how it turned out. It was something I had just started drawing on a whim, but I think it shows where my skills are now. I've come a long way in these last few months.

I haven't really posted any updates recently, but I have been practicing

I tested it by drawing the 1 (one) thing I even vaguely know how to draw and it honestly was a very nice experience to use

A page of drawing of my fursona's head at various angles.

It's been a while since I posted anything, but I feel like I have actually come pretty far. I'm glad I started this journey. It's been fun so far, and I'm excited to continue.

You are visiting your late uncle's estate to retrieve his will after his tragic passing. As you arrive, you see lightning flash across the sky and hear the distant roll of thunder. After you enter the mansion, the butler asks if you will be staying the night to wait out the storm. What do you do?

I had a moment earlier this week and started playing around with just kind of not giving a fuck about proportions and just making it work after, and it makes me mad that it just kind of...works.

It took a lot of thought and some very kind assistance, but I think I am finally starting to understand drawing heads in perspective. Just...please don't ask me to draw the Frieren angle yet.
