Seems that a lot of people agreed with us. IMDb reviews for each episode - need to click on image to see it all. I wish the makers of new Star Trek would see this and understand what fans want.

I made cream of radish soup today. Bit of an experiment, but it was delicious. Delicate, yet peppery. 😋

Car drivers pay £40 billion per year to the treasury. That excludes vans, trucks, buses etc. MIAT of them will also pay income tax etc towards NHS etc. We need roads for public transport, ambulances, buses etc, without driving taxes that would need to be covered by increasing other taxes.

Final harvest of the season from my greenhouse. Hard to believe we’re only 2 weeks from November and I’m still picking tomatoes. Batch cooking for the freezer tomorrow! 😋🍅

Delicious home grown tomatoes. One tomato (600-700g each) is big enough for several meals, but I wish my other varieties would hurry up and ripen too.

First light on the longest day. The sun kissed the sea and everything glowed. #solstice #crimdon

I made jam with my forced rhubarb. It’s an incredible colour and tastes amazing. 😋

I thought Nigel Farage had been a bit quiet recently so I asked AI to find his views on Trump’s new tariffs. “No publicly available statements”. 🤔 Seems like a good time for journalists to give him the attention he usually craves.

The NHS pays the salaries of many (most?) MacMillan nurses.

You need to click on the number of likes, not the heart - see screenshot. Hopefully that will work for you.

Has the list been emptied?

Louise @wizzyizz.bsky.social · 23/01/2025

Same. 🤷‍♀️ Not being in control over what lists you are added to is a big flaw in BlueSky.

VAT is a form of tax, which is an economic reason for migrating.

Feed the hedgehogs! 🦔 They are classified as vulnerable to extinction. Our way of life has limited their access to natural foods (insects), and they need our help to survive. A shallow bowl of meat based kitten biscuits and another shallow bowl of water is all they need.

I thought I’d found a website that would let me play it again, but it told me an error occurred while loading. LOL!!! I remember that too! 😂

And it’s back 😀 They will be some stressed tech people frantically adding server capacity in the background somewhere.

The number of new Bluesky accounts is going up so quickly that the counter couldn’t cope. 😁

I just found this little guy in my garden, and that has made me very happy. 😀 Always leave a small hole in your garden fence for hedgehogs to go through - they have large territories and need more than one garden. 🦔 #hedgehog #nature #wildlife
