Orcs are entirely nomadic, traveling in packs known as hordes. Their society is tightly knit and boisterous, addicted to the adrenaline rush gained from pillaging villages, doing battle, drinking, and carnality. They are driven by a sense of immediacy, their impulses and desires dictate their way of life, underlined by a powerful fraternal bond within the horde.

The hint of red glowing in their eyes indicates a high level of aether in their bodies. However, they cannot wield magic. Instead, the aether enhances their physicality, giving them intensely strong muscles and bones. Their skin is thick and invulnerable to nature’s harshness, rendering them completely hairless. Instead of hair, small callous spikes grow in various places.

Due to their unique skin, they are unable to pierce it safely, barring them from wearing accessories like earrings. They instead carve ornate designs into their tusks, and tattoos that cover their bodies, as ways to express themselves despite their homogenous appearance. They prefer minimal clothing, donning fur and metal armor to appear more intimidating. Because of this biological advantage, they have little use for architecture, building only what is immediately necessary or for the comfort of their partners. They prefer to settle near caves, bodies of water, or the remains of a ruined village. They are known to love hot springs, as it helps maintain healthy hydrated skin, and brings out their natural pheromones.

Orcs are also infamous for their arrogant, hedonistic, and lustful personalities. They are stricken with a persistent and overwhelming desire to breed, which if left unchecked can cause serious discomfort and delirium. Despite their reputation as violent brutes, they have an affinity for women, attempting to be courteous towards them, hoping to entice them to join their horde or perhaps just enjoy their company for a while.
