SW works well when there is mutual respect. Yes, abide by the workers' boundaries, rules, guidelines, and pay promptly. But also respect them as *people* in their own right. Being deactivated on IG at 2.5k followers due to undisclosed, ever-changing community rules and being a victim of fake ‘Fraud’ reports is not something I’m all that pleased about, it’s safe to say. But all of that led me to being here now :) ❤︎ ⁠I’m always staying positive, agile and adapting!
