I realized I haven’t posted any photos of Cocoa settling in after we got him. So enjoy some overdue kitty photos.

This is the craziest purchase and chance I have ever taken on a Pokemon card. I found this in the yellow sticker section at a card shop, but it still looked great, so I bought it and got it graded. I was hoping for an 8, but the fact that it still got a 7 is fantastic!

Oh. We got a new little furry member of the family. Meet Cocoa.

Sometimes you just have to escape and go to Disneyland to recharge a bit.

Sad for this trip to come to and end with @rarabagel.bsky.social After a difficult year for our family, we are ending it with such joy, wonder, and laughter. Much love everyone. ❤️

What happens when you have friends who work on Thanksgiving? Celebrate with them all on a Friday!

First submission to PSA came back. Unfortunately not as good as I would have hoped. I sent these in before I really knew what I was doing and have learned a lot since then. Hopefully my next submission will go better.

Since I’ve been building my collection, I wanted to be able to see it more instead of it sitting in storage or binders. I got this display case to hang above my desk and I’m really happy with it.

This is the worst power outage I’ve ever seen. Over 700k without power. Probably will take multiple days to fix. If you’re in the Seattle area with me, stay safe.

I would say today was a huge success. I had a lot of fun meeting people. Did some really big deals with trading and selling and got some awesome cards for my collection.

Had some fun opening the new Pokemon set. Didn’t get a single Secret Illustration Rare which is a bummer. Still lots of fun cards.

Today is probably going to be very stressful. Here is a crazy kitty to help.

Pokemon shelf is coming together well. It’s been fun to figure out what to display. This is probably the fourth iteration now.

Found a 151 ETB this weekend and it was the most insane opening experience ever. So much yelling.

The Starspeeder 3000 is so big, but I had to have it. Star Tours is one of my favorite rides, especially the OG version, and being able to watch pieces of that ride in my own home and listening to Captain R3X again has been a joy.

So honored I got to be a small part of the Star Wars legacy with shipping this game 1 year ago. I’m so thankful to have amazing things like this to remind me of that memory.

What a fantastic #GDC to come back to. I’m so happy I got to volunteer again and be with this incredible group. It’s really changed my life. Giving a talk, being part of this group, and being able to make new meaningful connection and catch up with old is what it’s all about.

It’s been great being at GDC after 5 years. I have loved seeing everyone and giving my first talk! I will say I have been way more tired, but also rejuvenated.
