3 Valentines cards I've made over the years for my love (and now fiancée) ❤️ I'm proud of them, and pour a lot of love into creating them every year

A medieval marginalia style painting on a heart shaped valentine's day card, depicting two women embracing in a green tree with simplified rose-like blossoms. "K + L", our initials, are carved at the base of the tree. A woman with long golden ginger hair gazes at a woman with short brunette hair, and holds her in her arms. The brunette woman holds one of her lover's arms and cradles her lover's face in her other hand. The women are depictions of the artist and her girlfriend.

A watercolour painting on a valentine's day card of a woman with ginger hair, in a green hat, fisherman's jumper and welly boots, holding a beautiful mermaid with blue-green hair and a shimmering blue tail, with pink and yellow striped fins. A speech bubble comes from her mouth exclaiming "what a catch!" The woman and mermaid are depictions of the artist and her girlfriend.

A hand-painted valentine's day card in the style of an American traditional tattoo. A banner rests atop a horseshoe which reads "I'm so lucky to be your partner", under which dangles a four leafed clover with hearts on each of its leaves. Under this are two cowgirls - one with short curly ginger hair and one with long ginger hair. They are both wearing white Stetson hats with red hearts on. The woman with short hair hands the longer haired one a rose, and the longer haired one is blowing her a kiss, depicted as a rose-gold heart. Under them both are two big red hearts, interlocked, between which scrambles a black and tan mongrel dog - our rescue dog Sally, from Romania. She is wearing a white bandana with red hearts on it, matching the bandana of the shorter haired woman. At the bottom corners of the card are two large black, red, white and gold flowers, with five black petals, a red heart on each petal, white stamens and a gold centre. They have green and red leaves. The women depicted are me (the artist) and my girlfriend, who are now engaged ♥️

GOBLIN WEEK! here's a couple of old favourites of mine, from my instagram (2 of 2) #art #goblinweek #goblinweek2025 #goblin #goblincore #illustrativeart #traditionalart #ink #watercolour #watercolor #fantasy #dnd #mushrooms #goblins

An ink illustration of a goblin pouring green tea from a bright orange copper kettle, using a white rag to keep from touching the hot metal. The goblin has a gentle face with stocky arms and legs. She has a deerlike-facial structure, with large eyes and ears pointed back. She has dark curly hair and a tail that ends in a tuft of the same.

A close-up of the kettle, showing details. The kettle is riveted and a plume of steam rises from the poured tea. The goblin holds the lid down with a white rag and her little finger is lifted daintily while she pours.

a close-up detail of the goblin's head. She has little spines above her eyes instead of eyebrows, and white eyelashes. two little horns rest atop her head, similar to a small antelope's. her hair is messy and full of swirls, knots and little stars.

GOBLIN WEEK! here's a couple of old favourites of mine, from my instagram (1 if 2) #art #goblinweek #goblinweek2025 #goblin #goblincore #illustrativeart #traditionalart #ink #watercolour #watercolor #fantasy #dnd #mushrooms #goblins

Ink illustration of a goblin with a long, animalistic face smoking a pipe made from an acorn stem, holding a sack of foraged mushrooms bigger than herself. a large plume of smoke curls from the pipe.

Close-up image of the goblin's face, jacket and arm, highlighting the details. She wears a medieval style leather cap, from which thick curly dark hair protrudes. She has an animalistic face with a little horn on her nose, a pug-like mouth, a couple of protruding teeth, and big dark eyes. Her jacket is worn but comfortable, and a little creature peeks from the sleeve. Her arm is strong and hairy, and grips a mushroom slung over her shoulder. (an amanita muscaria/fly agaric)

A close-up detail of the smoke and some of the other mushrooms the goblin is holding. (a few liberty caps and a chanterelle). The smoke wiggles and winds its way up the page, with lots of spirals and sparks inked into it.
