So I've just discovered a ridiculously fast and simple way to enjoy Adjaruli-like goodness in just 5 minutes! Recipe in alt text. IMPORTANT: toast bread does NOT work with this. Too sweet, wrong texture, ruins the taste harmony. Chiabata or similar square buns from Safeway - ✅

Take some pre-made frozen chiabata and defrost it in the toaster oven (regular oven works) for 5-7 minutes. Put 1-2 yolks in a ramekin, put into oven alongside the bread so they set a bit.

Put shredded mozzarella, a splash of milk and a pinch of salt into a bowl, microwave for 4 minutes.

Take out the cheese dip, mix well until nice and gooey. Put yolks into cheese, mix. Use pieces of chiabata buns to scoop up the cheese dip.

Enjoy!

aaand it's done. all of the community detection was completed overnight haven't had an update go this smoothly like ever. there's still some work to be done: export to map and API, but the main work is done - building a graph in Neo4j

Migrating the map to a new domain. It was confusing for my community for which it was created, since it's so different from the standard Atlas they are used to. And since it's also not a local map of my home cluster anymore, but entire bsky now, I'll be moving it to @skygraph.art Keep tuned.

That was close. 👀 @hack.imax.in.ua indexer allows me to only run it once or twice a day to save electricity (that and not being CloudFront shadowbanned 24/7 is nice too). That said, with this Indexer, going over 24 hours is not that painful. The consistency model is pretty neat.
