I’d be happily in at $150 these days.

Jodi Wishart @wishmn.bsky.social · 06/03/2025

YES! I paid $100/ hour for trumpet instruction from a member of the GrandFlo orchestra and a Main Street USA trumpet player, and that was a BARGAIN!

They pay back when I would purchase a perfumed vs scent free was high; I smell like an old lady, let me sleep on your head. I miss cats.

The Intern has learned well. Wish he was as astute in his college classes as he is at picking where to spend winter break.

And now stopped for about an hour at the Paducah KY bridge - maybe it’s a sign, but doesn’t feel like KY would warn me about going to FL

E-bike, Christmas tree in a Volvo…must be driving to Florida. Missing the cats ❤️ and the kid is catching up later 🌴

I have no critters - the cats both died over the winter and spring. And no raccoons. It’s kinda lonely :(

Hello friend! It’s snowing in MN, no raccoons, but we are doing pretty good none the less

He’s a Blue Star for life. Pretty lucky choice - challenging, great staff, has made great friends, take good care of the members, no desire for a ring. Which is nice - one set of tshirts for mom 😂

He’s got a bonus year - so two more. He’s now a trumpet performance major at UMN…all that band and marching around hooked him

Really thought BA & Tarpon were in a class of their own / next level. But I haven’t analyzed a BOA score sheet in a few years

Broken Arrow is in a class all their own. Just an incredible ensemble. It’s like the professionals crashed a high school band competition

It’s fun staying in the same hotel as 1000 band kids - they’re all polite, excited & covered in glitter smelling like sweat. Put your kid in music
