While I’m really liking this beer we would really like to do a ‘Balls Out’ version at 6% with a load more hops and more dry hopping. These things all put the price of the beer up and I fear that you wouldn’t buy it because of the price.

Grab a Galaxy in about a weeks time. Cooling to 75c for the first time before adding the late hops, we normally cool to 80c or 85c to get the best out of Hops that have high Cohumulone content. In this case it’s Aussie Galaxy hops in our single hope Blonde 3.4% 👍

No body needs a 'Theme Pub', Pubs should be as individual as every person out there. I also tend to have a dislike for new pubs that are made to look old filled with breweriana and plastic-looking Traditional Bars. I much prefer a real pub than a romance-less Faux-Pub.

Been a weird year, mostly terrible, but some how we have managed to bank the next period's VAT which I'd much prefer to pay the Van finance off with but Emma wants to keep it ready for a terrible start to 2027. Our Saturday bar was dead as owt for first 2 hours, then, loads of folks landed! Phew!

I've sniffed the occasional Stout that smelled a bit arse-like, seems to be a feature of roast malts sometimes at the end of fermentation. Smelled it in other brewer's beer first and thought I sounded rude saying what it smelled like!
