Not depressed but it is a little sad to continually see everyone you have gotten to know well gradually leaving your life forever. I still love to spread a little cheer daily as long as I can.

Tuesday past I saw my doctor for a check of my medications & supplements. He discontinued one medicine then asked questions about my eating. That produced a printed diet which he recommended, a 'longevity' diet to replace mine. When does longevity kick in? I'm 94.
