U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 29/09/2026I will still be very inactive on my social media, but I hope everyone has been doing well. Thank you all so, so much again! (end of thread) 000
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Anyone who submitted for it is free to DM or email me if they would like to read it, though it is not the best piece of academic writing out there...! I just hope it reflects even a fraction of the kindness and creativity of everyone in the community, especially the ones I spoke with. 101
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 29/09/2026For now it's just been an arduous job search, and finding my footing after graduation. I apologize for such a long silence, and I am eternally grateful to everyone who supported me, took part in it, or shared it around! 100
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 29/09/2026I never got feedback on my final draft, but I also graduated so I'm sure it's okay, hahaha. There's a lot of stuff I think I could have done better, but I learned a lot in the process. It's definitely a topic I want to revisit if I ever find myself back in academia again! 100

Be a good neighbor and let them know about the free air conditioner program. If they earn $3473 or less a month, NYC will cover the costs of an A/C. Remember…last summer we had 95 degree weather. U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 20/04/2026Just sent out all the emails, so please keep an eye out on your inboxes! Again, thank you all for your help and support, and while I truly wanted to interview everyone, I have a deadline and I had to prioritize those who fit my school schedule. Thank you for understanding! 010
Reposted by U(•x•)Ulaura @beamofblossoms.bsky.social · 14/04/2026sorry to ask for help again. i found a really good deal for a bipap (cpap but more complex). getting one through insurance is too hard so i'm buying one myself. regular cpap doesn't help me at all, so it's likely i'll find some relief w/ bipap instead. anything helps!! 🙏 ko-fi.com/sakurabeam/g...ko-fi.comSupport LauraSupport Laura 23668
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 17/04/2026I received over 50 responses, and unfortunately will have to prioritize those whose schedules work with mine! However, I loved reading everyone's notes and I wish I could hear about everyone's WoLs and characters! Maybe when I'm out of school and can just hang out in game again...!! 000
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 17/04/2026Form is now closed! Thank you all for your responses and support, and I will be in contact in about 1-2 weeks! It's a bit of juggling with the school, and due to time constraints I may end up interviewing less people than I previously aimed for, but I hope it will still be a good study! 100
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 16/04/2026Apologies for the wait! The form is up again with the study consent and university information! I will keep the form open until tomorrow, and sort through and contact potential participants by next week! Thank you all again for all the kind words and support! 000
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 13/04/2026thank you so much!! i hope this doesn't affect the responses i already received, but im really glad it was brought to my attention and im super grateful for everyone's kindness and understanding! 030
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 13/04/2026thank you so much! i truly do appreciate you telling me about it though, i’ve emailed my mentor and i’ll probably close the form for a bit until i can get it sorted even if i know the data will be safe! i definitely want to do it the proper way. thank you again! 010
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 13/04/2026sorry if this seems unprofessional! this in no way reflects my school nor my mentors, it’s on me! 210
U(•x•)U @wirebug.bsky.social · 13/04/2026basically no one but me is going to see the data and the info for the paper would be whoever’s interviewed which id get consent for and of course everyone would be anonymous. but again i’ll definitely look into it and ask my thesis advisor! 110
