Only sparkling wine produced in Champagne, France (& a couple exceptions) are allowed to be called Champagne. Spain calls theirs cava. 100

She had to have emergency surgery recently so I ordered her a bouquet of white roses and wrote a little message and signed it “Love you deep, B” 🤭 She’ll know who it’s from, but it will make her laugh. 130
