If I had to venture a guess, it would be because YouTube and Twitch retry their tracking stuff every few seconds but uhhh yeah it's about time for me to reinstall seriously considering moving to arch instead of windows 11 though. I've had a really aggravating time with 11 on other machines so far

They’re really bad. I have this huge span of time every single day where my ping goes up by 4x, packets drop at a 1-2% rate, and I lose 1/2-3/4 of my speed. Frontier was way better when I had them.
