クィアの物語を一般誌で売るのはかなり大変だと思います。分厚い壁が何枚もあり、この作品がアニメ化までしてもらえたのは奇跡的です。色んな人の大変な尽力と、マイノリティの物語だからといって低く見積ったり限界を決めたりせずに応援してくれた読者さんたちのおかげだと思います。なんかブルースカイで語るのがこういうことばかりで恥ずかしいですが。

「人と人の物語」ではなく「人外と人の物語」として描いているので生前の光は原作ではあまり描かないのですが、実のところ、「単純にあまり描くことが無い」というのも理由のひとつです。
