@weelassreacts.bsky.social So, I saw that you finished RWBY Vol. 9. If I may make a suggestion, if you wish for more RWBY content besides RWBY Chibi, I would recommend the two-part animated film Justice League × RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen. Not a perfect set of films but they're a lot of fun.

@weelassreacts.bsky.social So, I was just watching your latest reaction to RWBY and was at the part where you were talking about your favorite outfits the team has worn over the years and... Well, here's the poster for Vol. 10.

Personally, not a fan of the new look; I just think it's a bit clunky; the old look was a lot nicer looking. Still, not my site just saying what I think.

They're still fans; they are still allowed their opinion, wrong as it may be. Trying to make them see how wrong they are is just a waste of time and energy. They will either grow and become better or they won't. But Jax is a trans woman, so they will have to come to terms with that some day.

010

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

The fans who are denying that Jax isn't trans are the kind of people who will stick their hand in an anthill and insist their ants aren't real even as the entire colony is biting the idiots who just shoved their heads into their home.

Same, and the fact that we were so close just makes it all the more disappointing. The only reason it didn't go through was mainly due to covid screwing over the production. But I'm working on my own TR projects, which will give a huge role for Sam and A LOT of Yuri tension between Lara and Sam.

Fun Fact:In the unmade sequel to the film, Sam WAS going to show up and play a major role in that movie. And another fun fact: she would have been the only other character in the series, besides Lara herself, who has appeared in the films and games who WASN'T completely altered between media.

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 25/06/2026

Oh, and then there's Ragatha and Kinger. I can just see Ragatha becoming the mother figure/older sister Jax wishes she had when growing up while Kinger becomes the default dad like he does with everyone else in this series.

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 25/06/2026

I wonder how differently Good Jax would have treated Gangle and Zooble. Personally I would like to think she would be a sort of good-natured teasing but VERY protective big sister to Gangle and vitriolic best buds with Zooble.

Hello, Bluesky, I'm looking for a cast and crew for a Tomb Raider web series based on my "What if... Sam was in Rise of the Tomb Raider?" This will be a rather oddball project, as this isn't an animated series but rather a prototype stage for a game that doesn't exist.

000

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

So, the trailer for this anime seems to be implying a girl named Lara has fallen in love with a Japanese girl with short black hair... That sounds... familiar! Also, if I ever make my own TR timeline, Lara will be a ginger, so this is one hell of a coincidence.

Sam has been in the series for around 12 years and played a major role in this show, she'll be back again.

010

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 06/01/2026

You know, for all the talk about the Survivor Era not having nearly enough Tomb Raiding in Tomb Raider, the honest truth of the matter is Lara has never spent that much time in Tombs throughout the series, even in the first six games.

000

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 17/12/2025

Can I just say how hilarious this scene is in the universe? Lara has just saved Sam; she's hurt after a few days of torture. So what does Lara do? Take her to a hospital? A hotel? Maybe the local police? Nope, she takes her to a restaurant, books a table, and has a dinner date.

@gailsimone.bsky.social I have to ask, have you seen the second season of The Legend of Lara Croft? If not, go check it out because SAM'S BACK!! And she and Lara spend most of the season joined at the hip, and there are even hints of something more than just friendship between them.

020

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 12/12/2025

This season was ONE week after my birthday. So I'm seeing this as a late birthday present and an early Christmas present. Also, god, it's so amazing to see Sam playing a major role in TR, even if her fangs are a bit dulled compared to the comics.

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 08/12/2025

My HOPE for the final episodes are simple, this.

@laracroftfrance.bsky.social If I may ask, what's your opinion on Kurtis Trent? I've got my opinions about him written down if you're interested, though be warned it's a long read.

000

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 25/11/2025

Fun bit of trivia: during the trailer for S2 of TLOLC, there is a small freeze-frame bonus. During the scene where she notices Eshu following her and Sam, Lara can be seen smiling. At this point she and Sam are traveling together, so that means Lara is smiling at Sam.

000

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 19/11/2025

Which of Sam's looks throughout the series are your favorite and if you wouldn't mind, I'd like to see you're drawing of your top 3 favorite Sam looks (mine is the one from the climax of the Choice and Sacrifice arc).

@cammycroft.bsky.social Quick question, what's your opinion on Sam's new outfit in The Legend of Lara Croft? I'm a bit mixed on it myself as while it does fit her character I much prefer her look leather jacket, black shirt and white pants.

110

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 25/10/2025

@monolithfiji.bsky.social I have a quick question, will Sam be wearing her leather jacket in this season. I don't think that counts as a spoiler to know which outfit she'll be wearing.

000

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 23/10/2025

@demsabroad.bsky.social If I may be so bold, for the next No Kings Day protests, may I recommend a certain game that fits perfectly with these protests? It's a DLC from the video game Assassin's Creed 3 titled the Tyranny of King Washington that has us fighting the Evil King of the United States.

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 10/10/2025

It would be deliciously ironic if the attempts to get this show band by a bunch of transphobic idiots just ended up revitalizing it. Like Netflix just goes to @hamishsteele.bsky.social and said "You're getting 4 more seasons just." and than left without clarifying any further.

Well, Sam is now no longer the 3rd most viewed page on the TR wiki. instead she is now the 4th and 6th most viewed page. And fun bit of trivia the Sam Unified timeline page was created by yours truly.

000

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 06/09/2025

Got one last question and this might be one you can answer, how many episodes are we getting this season. Will it be 8 like season 1 or a little over 10?

000

winter-masquerade.bsky.social @winter-masquerade.bsky.social · 05/09/2025

P.S. the art was done by Philip Sevy. He worked on the TR Survivor Comics and is the artist who drew the first official Lara and Sam kiss before Square Enix ordered it removed.

Where's Sam? How much Sam are we getting in this season? PLEASE tell me it'll be the gayest Tomb Raider entry ever! Also, please tell me Sam doesn't turn out evil or get killed off. I've been waiting 12 years for these two to reunite, and I want to see them together again. And, also, you this

@jakeld.bsky.social Sorry for bothering you, but I have a question that I simply must have the answer to. A while back you released storyboards for the cancelled Tomb Raider film from 2018, and in those images we learned that Sam Nishimura was going to be in the film. Are there any more story-

Where did they admit that they were wrong about trans people. I'm a transwoman and willing to give the two the benefit of the doubt and want to see where they said that.

With or Without Context this scene really just captures everything that makes Superman great. He's not a God or some all-powerful being one bad day away from being a Dictator; he's just a guy who's doing the best he can to help everyone.
