Maybe a little. Its not the longest aged wine, probably not as strong as youre used to.

*she pours 2 glasses, hanging one to Nerys* Hope it lives up to your standards.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 15/01/2025

*she brings a mostly full bottle of wine and a couple pastries* Gathered a lot of things from my work

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 15/01/2025

*eventually, they reach the captain's over-decorated quarters* Take a seat, ill get that wine. Maybe some sweets?

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 15/01/2025

Fancy stuff, *real* stuff. *she starts walking*

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 14/01/2025

Well, let's go *she takes the bajoran's hand* I think i still have some good wine left too, if you want.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 14/01/2025

Hmm, let's go to mine, haven't show you it yet

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 14/01/2025

Oh do you~ *she leans in closer*

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 07/01/2025

*she stands and stretches* Well then, shall we go?

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

S31 is certainly something to be... Weary of. *she puts her mug down* Drank that pretty fast.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

A doctor would make a good assassin, outside federation space especially. Federation doctors take an oath to not hurt people intentionally, some other nations have similar oaths. *she finishes off her raktajino*

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

*she giggles* Thats more accurate than youd think. My CMO hates me for how often I show up for sleep aides alone.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Yea. *she takes another drink* I had to have a cupholder installed on my captains chair because of how often I need something to drink.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

ha, no, i just straight up forgot. I do that sometimes.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Well, it was wonderful meeting you. Im sure ill see you again.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

*she sits down and takes a drink* Ahh...haven't drank anything in a few hours.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Ill make it low caffeine because its late. *she steps away for a few moments, returning with two mugs* Here ya go. *she sets both on the table, handing one to her*

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

regular raktajino or something else?

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Nah its fine. It was an... Interesting experience.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Youll have to wonder on that for a bit. *they get to the replimat* Sit down, ill get you a drink.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

It is pretty late, might not have time to walk back to my quarters.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

And it took me like... 5 years of vocal training to get my voice.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

More than mine at least. *the promenade was quieter then usual*

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

*she smiles, starting to walk with her* Heh, your hands are soft.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Yea, let's go to the replimat. *she holds out her hand* Wanna hold hands?

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Ooh, singing is fun. I don't have a pretty enough voice to be a singer.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Something to fill your time? I get that.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Yea, but, you're better now, you've gotten better. Anyway, that's enough feeling sorry for ourselves, wanna get a raktajino?

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Oh dear. You're just lucky bajoran labor laws have evolved well enough in the past few years.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

The thing that weighed on me the heaviest was back in... '66? The borg crisis, I was working tactical on the Oakland, had to destroy a partially assimilated colony.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Yea, me neither. Im just glad that starfleet is so heavily unionized, so we get decent Vaca time.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

It's certainly one of the harder parts of the job. Especially because i joined starfleet to explore, not to fight. But, ive had to destroy Colonies with the press of a button, destroy ships with a crew of thousands.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Heh, nothing wrong with being a stick in the mud.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Well, that's nice of him. He seems like a wonderful person.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Ohhh. I see, I see. Fascinating.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

I do my best to be kind. I will admit ive made some, immoral orders in my time as a captain.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Oh i see, I think. Im not much of a biologist.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Interesting. Oh right, the way your species reproduces.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Don't worry. I know as well as anyone that bad situations make people do bad things, and i think no less of you for it.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Really? Ive never been able to get holograms down, i am not a computer science girlie.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Go ahead. Ask away. *the Andorian smiled a little*

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Oh yea. You learn quite a lot in this line of work. Would you believe i used to be bad at talking with people? And now im a captain that's turned down a promotion to Admiral.

120

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Hmm. Ive spent most of my life since... 2364 in space. Aside from my first assignment to a starbase orbiting earth, which i still visited home most nights, ive been on a ship.

110

Lilza Shyr @wingsofandor.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Yea, starfleet isn't for some people. And thats perfectly okay.
