The job I'm at now is honest, they say, certifications we care about for discounts. The quality of your work, ethics, and how you help customers and others colleagues is what we measure to grade your actual skill.

Yep,super frustrating! Ands also for the common subjects things, I want to learn about very specific AI thing and the overload of useless info is simply too much. It might as well not be there at all.

Yeah.... Don't get me started on those people ugh. Most certification junkies can describe everything in high level. But the moment you do down to LLD level, they either find excuses or simple say it wrong. Only very few are honest and say 'had to double check but it's this and that".

I’ll be extending this until the end of the year, as we only have a couple entries. And I am still recovering from surgery, so it doesn’t feel fair to draw a winner and make them wait for me to recover before they even see any progress.
