Great for moon watching.... But yep, tiny civilizations rebuilding their colonies on and in an unaware girl's body is kind of my theme so it's always fun coming up with theories as to how it works ^_^ but at the end of the day it IS a story about living in a girl's cooch so, suspend your disbelief

"Microgravity" is another fun one. Using the theory that objects are attracted to other objects of larger mass to give each person their own gravitational pull if you are tiny enough

I find it's a bit of a balance of giving enough of an explanation to justify but also suspend your disbelief. For instance, I used some theories about perception of time being relative to mass and speed to explain how tinies living on a person's body perceive a day as a year etc.
