I find myself being tossed on a couple of people's lists today for being 'Rude'. By damn I guess its true. I also find it ironic in high measure that I am 'Rude' for deriding someone's use of hurtful or dismissive labels. I'm usually not malicious, but sometimes I'm angry. I'm proudly 'Rude'

Keep in mind the glacial pace that government works. This is a government document. I think this is a reaction to the cyber penetration of the water systems that occurred a few weeks ago. They're rightfully worried about the grid. It's very vulnerable, and shutdown is bad.

That bit of work was not written by dear leader. Actually there are no flies on it, nor do I find fault. That said, I am with you that it may be used (unlawfully) to cut power to places he doesn't like, but that is outside the scope of the document (and his authority), but that hasn't stopped him.

I have a cynical take on this AI backlash. If the social engineer can get people so bewildered that they just let god handle it all, then its really easy to pick their pockets and shear them of their fleece. That's some amazing imagery too BTW.

None of the commenters so far understand what this video is. This is a glacial outburst flood. A tongue of ice flowed down and blocked a river. When the water builds up enough, the ice tongue floats up and breaks off, releasing the impounded water. Happens near Juneau AK nearly every year.
