RIP Alessandro Zanardi I'd love to have half of his determination and drive. An inspiration and legend.

Just watched the Apostle. A film about a preacher who was also one hell of a prickly son of a bitch. I imagine duvall exorcised some Demons in the process of making it. Also, Where has Miranda Richardson been for the last 20 years? I cant remember the last film I saw her in. She is great here.

The sad reality for the Palestinians. Israel should be held accountable. The Zionists should be judged for their crimes.

I'm not sure the writer of Robert Redford's obituary in the Guardian has seen The Candidate... It's a Senatorial campaign, but ok. I don't know what to make of 'vapid title character" Ya sure that's the word you want to use? Maybe naive, if you want to be negative?

I'm working my way through season 2 of Poker face, a fun show. John God Damn Sayles guest stars in ep 4 (the alligator ep, of course!). How did this place not light up when it aired back in May?! It was great to see him in something again.

Yeah, my favourite Grau performance was as the African lad in The Living Dead at the Manchester Morgue. Who can forget his blistering scenes with Kennedys racist cop?

I can't be the only one who thinks this film is somewhat inspired by the cinema of Jean Rollin? The blood drinking, the many beach scenes, the dream like quality of the plot, mysterious women with amnesia and vampires! An Al Pereria like detective (whoops, different universe!).

Maybe it's just me who confuses these two? I was mad at Andy Richter for many years because I thought he was partly to blame for Phil Hartmann’s murder.

Just finished a The Wire rewatch. Yes, it's an amazing series, but I'm still pissed they didn't have the balls to do a live episode.

Unfortunately, Jeffrey Tambor will not return as Georgy Malenkov in AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY.
