More important now than ever to scrutinize those plans. A lot of people just automatically click on the cheapest plan. Silver plan with Cost share reduction in so many cases can save a ton of money in deductibles and co-pays. So important to take into account chronic conditions etc.

no some of these kids did do outside work like raking, picking up trash etc. but, 8 hr shift max with breaks, lunch and extra water/shade breaks if it got hot. No outside work if too hot Never using machinery. My daughter worked in our school district building doing clerical work.

I don't think there's anything wrong with 15-16 yr olds working summer jobs. My daughter did going through a city run program. Not during the school year though and not under 15 and pay must be at least minimum wage.

War on the low income. WIC, SNAP, Medicaid, HEAP. All of these programs are crucial. These programs make all the difference for low income families. Food on the table, medical care, keeping the heat/AC running. Taking them away is just plain cruelty.

I am sure the cases are much higher than being reported. Many of these parents do not consider Measles to be a serious enough disease to seek medical advise and just manage the illness at home.

Yep! right now my area is getting a quadruple whammy. We have high levels of Covid, RSV, Flu and Norovirus. I got the Flu and Covid shots in the fall. They do help but, neither will protect 100%. Masking and frequent had washing also helps. Stay healthy. Mask and hand wash like it's 2020

Love the way she fights, both AOC and Jasmine Crockett but, my prediction if this would pass, it would backfire. Credit cards would be available only to those with very good to excellent credit. Credit cards are a stepping stone to improving credit scores if they are used properly.

Measles is exploding in Texas. I child 1 adult dead already. Yes this can be a very dangerous disease especially in immunosuppressed and children under 5. I am old enough to remember before vaccine.

Yep. Consumers are responding by drastically cutting back spending. IMO this is not the time to take on any new debt. People are trying to pay down debt. Myself being on a fixed income I am buying only what I need to reserve cash. Is is good that consumers are not spending. No but, we have no choice
