先週末のDIVライブは最高だった！新しい曲もしたんだ！夏の行方という曲きっかけに、ドラムを始めたので、夏の行方Fesのオープニングライブが行けてうれしいです！ Last weekend's #DIV live was amazing. They even played a new song. The song Natsu no Yukue was what inspired me to start learning the drums so I'm glad I got to go to the opening of the Natsu no Yukue Fes #visualkei

I'm looking forward to the day I can read full news articles outside of NHK News Web Easy 😊 Kyoto also has a really great museum for learning kanji. They have this cool wall that shows how common different kanji are by their size and this tree with different kanji on the leaves 🍁

ビーズを叩いたら、いい音が出して思い出しました。音を聞こえるように、手の中で拾い上げたり、落ちたりすることをよく遊びました笑　懐かしいなぁ I remember that the beads used to make a really nice sound when they hit against each other. Just so that I could hear that sound, I used to play with the covers a lot 😂 Such a random memory!

2週間くらい毎日レム睡眠している間に、起きてしまいました🥱 ある夢の中で、誰かと「小学生の時おばあちゃんはこのようなビーズがある飲み物のカバーがあった」の会話がありました笑 For about 2 weeks, I keep waking up while I'm in the middle of REM sleep 🥱 In one dream, I was telling someone about how when I was in primary school my Granma used to have a beaded drinks cover like this one.

見学のシートで先生は私のフルネームを見たので、サークルの終わり前に、指文字の練習のために、皆は私の名前をサインしてみました笑　私は名前5つあるので、難しかったけど、「ウィ」の仕方を習えました。 On the guest sign up sheet the teacher saw my full name, and so for finger spelling practice got everyone to sign it. I have 5 names so it was quite difficult but I finally managed to learn "Wi"

たとえば、「ウィ」の指文字での仕方が見つけられなかったです。本やインターネットでも見つけられなかったです。ウィローの意味は柳なので、自己紹介の時「名前は柳」とサインしました。 For instance, I didn't know how to sign "Wi" in JSL and couldn't find out how to do it either online or in books. So, whenever I would introduce myself I would just do the sign for Willow (柳) instead.

いつも行っている手話サークルの参加者さんから「隣町の手話サークルはアメリカ人がいる」と教えてくれたので、最近行ってみました。楽しかったです！いっぱい習いました。 At the Sign Language club I go to one of the other attendees told me that in the neighbouring town's club there's an American. So, recently I went to one of their sessions. It was a lot of fun and I learnt a lot!

Had my first ever in-person #D&D session today. Everyone was so lovely and one of the other players custom made each of us our own dice sets 🥺💕 My first role with the dice was also a 19! And they continued to behave well throughout the session 🎲

I would love to adapt this idea for Language Learning lessons where students can develop translation / interpreting skills by translating from the target language to their L1. This idea would also work for lessons based on the Little Mermaid too using charades instead 🧜‍♀️
