There’s been a run of big swells throughout Western Europe, we’ve even got offshore days 6-8 on the sets no takers. The sands are still miles out to sea so zero beach at 1/4 after low.

The fear of the Orcas is driving some skippers to take some pretty serious risks sailing far too close to shore, hard to see on a phone camera but this vessel is crazy close to shore

I totally believe this is the biggest pure swell I’ve seen here in 9 years a steady 15’ and up to 24’ on the sets, offshore wind with 17 secs interval . Awesome

High tide today and classic offshore 4'waves, been watching the point here for ages, it always looks like it should work but then the next wave will dredge right off the rocks, on the right swell and size it will happen but while some did break today most were rock sandwich territory. One day.
