Got properly hit by the gen z stare today. Couldn't tell if 2 teenage guys were in line for takeout, so I asked them if they were in line. They stared at me for like 15 seconds like a deer in headlights until one of them just grunted and they both looked at their feet. Wild.

YT is changing their monetization requirements to double what it was previously A channel that barely hits the 4k hours would take months to earn 100$ - but that money was a godsend for my early channel that let me reinvest in equipment With the new requirements, new ppl wont get that same chance.
