Writers such as you—and all of us who complained—and editors succeeded in getting the company to change writers’ contracts; a similar pushback could very well fix things for visual artists. It’s just such a greedy capitalist move: Take everything you can and only concede when there’s a fight.

In response to a request from Asimov's for an unpaid blogpost, I wrote back this morning saying that I had just learned of this issue and would like to know what's being done. That the writers' contracts were made right while the visual artists were left behind is appalling.

Anyone else thinking that the lack of the #presspool for Trump will actually help him? In his first term, IIRC, his polling numbers rose when he WASN'T on TV. His presence poisons his own Presidency. Even possible supporters prefer less of him.
