So, years ago, a scrappy young civil rights attorney, William Most (@williammost.bsky.social), was at a party with a bunch of Orleans Public Defenders & overheard that their clients kept getting kidnapped by DOC. He sued the hell out of them again and again for years. That’s how this happened.
