This was prompted by a potential new client who hasn’t filed since 2019 for his 1040 or S-Corp. The S-Corp in 2019…$3k in rev, $8k in exp and $300 for the 1120-S prep. They’re in for a hell of a shock when the $11k+ in IRS penalties finally roll in. hashtag side hustles gone wrong
