Must have been an interesting day at the Court. note that Kavanaugh nearly always goes with Roberts -- the two were in the majority like 95% of the time last Term. So the big story here is definitely Roberts. And note further that no real legal issue at stake -- just Trump's personal interests.

Do you know how much CEO pay has skyrocketed since 1978? 100%? 500%? Try 1,085% Meanwhile, the $7.25/hr fed. minimum wage hasn't budged in 15 years and the tipped min. wage has been $2.13/hr since 1991. This is what I mean when I say the system is rigged.

The problem here is that not even SCOTUS would stand for this kind of control of the media. People like Hewitt and his ilk forget this is still a Constitutional representative democracy (at least for the time being) and the press (media) is still called the Fourth Estate for a very good reason.

It’s the fear part of that phrase. Garland had a great judicial demeanor, but that is not necessarily, and certainly not in the case of AG, the proper approach. One must aggressively seek Justice on behalf of the People of the United States of America, regardless of ruffling a few feathers!
