I entered my 1/144 scratchbuilt Taube in the VMX25 exhibition hosted by Modellers Without Borders. They awarded it a gold and this week the award itself arrived in the shape of this nifty little poker chip. It even has a QR code on the back so you can view all the other entries 😮 Thank you, MWB!

It took more than eight months of careful work, but the scratchbuilt Moranes are finally at the stage where the fuselages can be sealed up and flushed in with a few dabs of filler. Next task is to assemble the wings and make the undercarriage struts. #144scale #scalemodels
