taking a bit of a look at what Cardiff tried to do yesterday / why it didn't work #lufc @allstatsarentwe.bsky.social early on they had a mid block 433 that at times became 442, if one from front line dropped to follow our far side full back. not a bad idea. but they executed it terribly

seeing quite a few bits of Bogle praise coming along a ‘he proved himself now’ angle. and i kind of don’t get it? lovely that he’s finally getting lots of praise, but he hasn’t suddenly become good. he’s been very good for us for nearly the whole time he’s been here

haven’t been on this in ages, so idk if same has happened here but the fact there was people earlier this week saying Aaronson is better than Rutter is mental. what reasonable logic are you basing that on

at any football club that's looking to drive a positive change of direction, you need to build with the on field temperament of your key players being a huge part imo. I'm gonna use Manchester United as my favourite hate watch example.

this game does show why I think we'll go up regardless of doubts about Farke. Selection made no sense, ive hated a lot of this half and yet we're gonna go into HT 2-0 up

thank you england for reinventing test cricket pls spend all your time saying stupid things in interviews rather than trying to do anything sensible

Rainbow Laces campaign really is an empty vessel if 10% of the captains can fuck with it and receive no kind of reprimand from the Prem / FA / whoever

I really don't like discussing refs but my god I am baffled how with that view the ref hasn't sent Dolan off for this

there was a stat I saw about 25% of leeds' goals this season being scored by subs. I've had a look at which these actually were... 5/7 were extending leads in to-nil wins. 4 for Piroe (Hull, Cardiff, Cov, QPR) 1 for Joseph (Blades)

Ao Tanaka. We all love him. He's been incredible. But this is some seriously impressive stats so early into his Leeds career. Looks even more impressive in the second image which shows him compared against our very own Yorkshire Pirlo in the 19/20 season. Lets see if Ao can keep it up

boring as it is, international break now is actually well good for Ramazani. hadn't thought of it that way before but buys him more time to become match ready
