For outside counsel, yes. But the outside counsel isn’t the DA. The issue is her incentive not his. Whether it’s been proven is not germane to the point of the thread. This was the original post:

On the Fani Willis thing, at this point, after all the articles and coverage, if you're asking "well, why does it matter if she had a relationship with him," it's because you don't particularly care to know, and I don't see why I should spend any seconds telling you.
