My first time making the finals of an @nycmidnight challenge & I got HM4 (14th). The competition began in November 2025 with 3200+ competitors. I wrote a horror story in round 1, an action story in round 2, and a drama in round 3. Excited is an understatement 🥳 #nycmidnight #microfictionchallenge250 My Possession story for @writingbattle “Eye Solved It” finished 4th in my group of almost 40 stories. It moves on to compete in the elimination bracket to determine the winner at the end of the month. On the rubric, I earned 1st place for Prose and 2nd place for Character 🥳
