A new project for a friend. Color blocked courthouse steps inspired by the lovely Tara Faughnan. My last six months in her Block Studies Collective gave me such a new perspective on color and her teaching has influenced my creative confidence more than I could’ve imagined! ✨ #quiltsky

This quilt was such a delight to make, scrappy 1” log cabins, surrounded by 1” squares in the border. It took absolutely forever (5 months 😂), but it taught me to slow down and enjoy the process. I hope to have more of that in 2025. I hope you’re having an excellent and relaxing Friday, #quiltsky!

Meadow Star quilt finished!!! Heading to Ohio today for thanksgiving and thrilled I finished it in time to gift it to my sister. I included hand-stitching around the stars and ties in the center as a small tribute to the beloved quilts of our grandmother ❤️. #quiltsky

Have you ever made something that makes you so effervescent, you just can’t stop? I felt that way when I was playing around with improv hourglass blocks and suddenly just KNEW what I had to make.
