Freezing rain by you? Check your #hummingbird feeder's holes so they can actually get to their sugar water. I popped ice out of them with a knife tip. We're #offgrid here so this stuff really matters! And of course if the food is frozen, make another batch with a higher sugar ratio - that helps too.

Easy to turn inward when life gets busy. But #wildlife needs us most when we feel we have the least to give. Life won't calm down enough for #conservation to fit in so we build it into the rhythm. Not what we do when all is done, but woven into daily choices. Wildlife can't wait; neither should we.
