We start our final High School AP replacement tomorrow. #Cisco 2802s to 9176s. Somehow our 9800-80 WLCs were not pulling in all the new licenses needed for the 9176s so I got to reset the licensing connection over the weekend. That was fun, I’d never done it before. All’s well that ends well.

I spent the last week in hospital with, yes really, a sore throat. My immune system couldn’t keep everything in check so I ended up with a viral, bacterial and fungal infection. It was so bad I couldn’t swallow my out saliva let alone water or food. #CancerSucks

Enddd up back in hospital this weekend. Infection in my throat made it impossible to swallow and I needed a transfusion. Still waiting on cultures to grow out but something they are giving me is working swallowing is a 6 instead of a 9 on the old pain scale. #CancerSucks

Second chemo cycle has begun, I finished my M-F treatment week the next two weeks are just a quick Monday session. I’m also getting a port installed on Tuesday. So far I’m doing great I feel really good this week so I’m being as active as possible. I even hit up the farmers market today.

The last 3 nights my daughter has FaceTimed me and read a Diary of a Wimpy Kid book to me. She’s such a sweet person and trying really hard to do stuff to spend time with me even if it’s not in person. There is so much I can’t do right now so this has been so special to me. #Reading

We’ve almost finished our first High School upgrade from 2802 series access points to 9176s. We will finish that site Monday morning. Really proud of my team for stepping up and picking up my physical portion of the installation. CatC’s access points refresh workflow has worked perfectly. #wifi
