I would be extremely happy if it could stay at this temperature (23 to 28 Celsius), sunny, with minimal rain until October, please. Could even go a touch warmer. Thanks in advance (even though I know that we will oscillate wildly between 8 degrees and 40 degrees between now and then).

Levantine Easter feasting. All homemade: bureka, kofta, chicken with arak and clementines, mujadara, flatbread, focaccia, butternut and tahini dip, beetroot dip, fattoush, tabouleh, spinach with almonds and dates, baba ghanoush, halloumi and baklava. He is risen (and who wouldn't for this scran).

Not sure how, at 15, I made it through all the gigs without at least 4 pints of lime and soda like I need now. But everyone was skint in the 90s therefore constantly dehydrated. Still alive though, innit, and no kidney injuries to report (even had that checked recently cos old and hypochondriac)
