PR means the % of seats is the same as votes, if that condition isn't met it isn't PR, hence me question: Should Holyrood have PR?

We don't, the SNP got less than 40% of the vote and got close to 50% seats. SNP + Greens got 41% of votes but over 50% seats. How on earth is that PR??

True about Polansli but his % of being PM is below 5%. Farage prob has 20 or 30%. Still 3 years left, unlikely to win a majority & noone will fo a deal with him. How does farage become PM even if biggest party without overall majority?

Actually in Scotland it was the same people in both refs, but it's common sense that you need to show the current status and both options to be fair not just 1. Your doc is from before this assessment so not relevant

Scotland (and even the IK) emits too little to have a big impact om global warming and we can't be oil leaders because we have too little oil anf not the best to be leaders, but we could extract more to import less, that'd make sense but we wouldn't be a huge producer like SA evem like Norway

They never win a majority of seats because the system isn't proportional but unionist parties win a majority of voters at most elections. But a clear majority of voters vote for pro UK parties, see?
