I agree this is good, but i read PE purchases only amount to 3% of total purchases annually. The problem is the high price combined with high interest. In '74, 13% interest wasnt bad because the house was $80k. Now its $800k. Big difference.

My concern is increasing wages doesn't fix the problem. We're experiencing financial discrimination. If the wage goes up, they will increase prices to keep poor people strapped. They've overridden supply and demand economics. Now things get more expensive simply because they can do it.
