gave Vox a bit of a redesign. His Technology Drive is now Electricity, and lets him control anything that can hold a charge of (bio)electricity, like smart guns, phones, cameras, etc. he also now has an Iron-Man like suit cuz that seems up his alley. #oc #art #furryart

a reference sheet of Vox Newmaker, a short, yellow and silver Glixen, and brother to the lizard Tyro.

On the left is his default base look, where he is wearing leather pants and a robe, colored red and white with short sleeves, a popped collar, and sash. His right arm is completely mechanical, dark grey, and glows mint green. His left hand, and legs have armor on them in a deep, dark green with a similar glow.

On the right is his full suit of armor, in shades of green. His helmet has no eyes, glowing visor, and a painted on, toothy smile. The co-tails of his robe flow out from under his suit.

Vox now uses Electric Drive is now very specific, which allows him to control electronic & bio-electric systems with his brain (think cybernetics like his arm, radios, computers, smart guns, alarms, etc.). If it can't take a charge, or otherwise be electrocuted, he can't mess with them remotely.

So, he designed a full set of power armor to take advantage of it, letting him use a full suite of tools & weapons with just his mind. he only wears parts of the armor most of the time, because using the full thing (i.e. his full power like Tyro's Overdrive thing) is very mentally taxing and can cause internal damage. The boots let him hover or dash at high speeds for a short time, and the gauntlet/his right arm can shoot out concussive blasts and powerful shocks.

When in his full power Overdrive though, his control becomes absolute over anything that can take in (bio)electricity, meaning he can puppet fully metal guns or even robots like C-Leena with his mind, while they're powerless to resist.

I keep seeing people thinking this is a bluesky problem. If you're seeing this it thinks you're in a state or country with age verification laws. This is what every social media site will do if KOSA and the KIDS Act succeeds. Running to another socmed won't fix it, we have to fight the source.
