Understanding how a body works and how easily stress can create panic calmed me down and it's steadily going up. It's a long learning and healing process but it's not false to ask the very scary questions to yourself. 020

Got me extremely scared and then I realized it was a panic attack. Over the course of months it would get worse. It ended with a visit to a mental hospital. 110
