I deleted my account and uninstalled my Spotify on my phone and my computer as soon as I heard about the ICE recruitment ads. I was already having a lot of issue with the route they were going and was distancing myself from using it. Get rid of your Spotify! Complain! This is disgusting!!

When we talk about eugenics it's not a matter of "is it possible?" It's "it IS unethical" because "who decides what traits should be passed on or not?" and "what happens to the living 'undesirables'?" and "that is controlling who can be with who and gross infringing of rights and bodily autonomy"

This bothers me a lot so one last thing. The act of cleaning a grave is an intimate one. Sitting there, brushing away leaves by hand. Not spraying foaming cleaner and dumping buckets of water on it. The end result of "pretty" isn't the main reason or even a reason at all why many clean graves.

Additionally! My partner made a great point!! Many even like the appearance of an overgrown grave for their loved ones. It can be just as important as the opportunity to tend it oneself. Doing this without consent of living loved ones regardless is gross. Seeing it as a favor is NASTY behavior

surrounding dirt + abrasive tools. It all rubs me the wrong way. Cleaning graves is often good I don't even think filming you doing such is inherently bad. Reading and learning about the person buried and sharing that can be beautiful. I feel like many of us can tell thats not what this is though
