it's no big deal, i like chatting about food. :) tortellini is a stuffed pasta, they can be stuffed with meat or cheese. you can buy them pre-made in stores and in this case i added a package of pre-made four-cheese tortellini soup when it was almost finished, so the pasta could cook in the hot soup
