Retired on the North Yorkshire coast. Always out walking & taking photos. I ❤️ music, reading and being out in nature. #TheArchers Trying to avoid becoming cynical ⛅️ www.weatherlink.com/embeddablePage/…

For me the two and a half inches does make a difference. Was it nudgable? I would have been tempted.

They never admit guilt over the deception that Brexit was a good thing. Who would have guessed that project fear was another slogan along with "taking back sovereignty" along with "it's going to be easy doing Trade deals as we have all the cards".

I love it when the street lamps start to glow whilst the sky is still bright with the setting Sun. Beautiful

German singer Nico, Andy Warhol’s muse, was born on this day 1938. She came to live in Manchester in 1981. ‘It reminds me of Berlin after the war. Everything was broken and falling down.' She loved the architecture and cheap heroin.

Sunset in St Mary's Churchyard Whitby. #Whitby #Caedmon'sCross #NorthYorkshireCoast
Caedmon's cross; a tall column with a celtic style cross stands just in from the left side of the image, beyond the cross the Sea forms a distant horizon as the Sun sets behind the clouds. Around the cross are many old grave stones set amongst the grass. It is dusk time.

#10minutesfromhome #Stunday Beauty and The Beat Spotted this beautiful butterfly today in the NQ
A close up photo of a riugh textured white wall in the Northern Quarter Manchester today.
On the left is artwork of the musician James Dean Bradfield playing a guitar.
To the top of the wall on the right was a beautiful red admiral butterfly sat in the heat of the autumnal sun, it's shadow cast onto the wall.

As a Ukrainian, this hurts more than I can explain. We never expected the US to fight our war. But we certainly never expected its president to make deals with the aggressor country trying to erase us. Ukraine is fighting for survival. And watching this happen feels like a terrible betrayal.
