Dram 1 palate - it’s very tangy and a bit fizzy! Sherbet lemons, and that kind of sharp tanginess that makes your want to drink a gallon of water! 😁 a few drops of water tames that and there’s now a bit of bourbon biscuits mixed with lemon curd #BlindDrams

#BlindDrams dram 1 palate - ooh this is quite strong 💪🏻 dark chocolate, cherries, bit of foostiness but not in a bad way. I thought it might be ox but it’s quite tangy and reminds me of a lovely Armagnac I got from smws years ago. A few drops of water gives a cola cube flavour

#BlindDrams dram 2 palate is much better than the nose. Theres a bit more sweetness, sharpness and a bit of a buttery taste too. It’s an apple pie but with a raw green apple filling instead of a sweet cooked apple filling. Finish is really drying, feels a bit like this 👇🏻
