Day Four of not smoking So far so good. Yesterday was the hardest yet. I was just so freakin angry and irritable all day Sleep is still not good; been awake since 05:00. However, I'm quite chill. I even had to wait for a slow walker to move over, and didn't get one violent thought! haha
